I had a wonderful experience at Ambassador Playa I. The breakfast buffet was extensive, featuring a delightful selection ranging from fresh fruits to hearty options, ensuring everyone's tastes were catered to. The themed bars were a fun touch, creating an engaging atmosphere....  

The hotel boasts a fantastic pool area, and it’s spotless too, which made our time by the pool quite enjoyable. Breakfast and evening buffets were impressive, with a variety of options to suit different tastes. The themed bars added a nice touch. I faced some trouble with my room allocation initially. Our first room overlooked an unpleasant street instead of the pool view we expected. Thankfully, after mentioning it to the receptionist, we were moved to a better room, but it still didn't meet our online expectations. The noise levels outside were quite bothersome, especially since the surrounding nightlife goes on until the early hours. the lack of proper information about the spa facilities was disappointing. I booked a massage, but there was confusion about the setup. It would have been much better if there was more clarity on spa offerings in advance. The housekeeping policy left something to be desired, as my friend and I wanted our room cleaned a bit later but were informed it was too late. Still, the cleaning quality was good when they did come. while there were ups and downs, the cleanliness of the hotel and the quality of food really stood out.

It was just a well-suited match for a brief visit in Benidorm with good value considering price it charged. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, making it easier to feel at home. Make sure to clarify your meal arrangements upon arrival to avoid confusion.

Had a fabulous time during my stay! The food was consistently fantastic, especially enjoyed the buffet options. The nighttime shows were a delightful surprise, but the air conditioning in our room could use an upgrade. I'd definitely pick this place again!

I was disappointed by the noise outside at night. The balcony's view was of the main street, which was constantly noisy until the early hours. housekeeping failed to replenish the toiletries during our stay, which felt careless.
